Handshake is Adelphi’s online career service that enables Adelphi students and alumni to search for all types of jobs—including full time, part time, internship, and work-study—making it easier to connect with employers.
Handshake replaced PantherZone on September 1, 2015.
Handshake is the first fully responsive, mobile career services application, built by engineers from the world’s top technology companies. We believe that Handshake will increase career opportunities, since so many employers are connecting with Handshake schools due to its user-friendly mobile and desktop platform.
Students can access Handshake through the Job and Internship service icon in eCampus.
Absolutely, and we want you to use it. Your login will differ from current students in that you will sign up using your preferred email address and will create a password instead of using the eCampus login.
Your information was transferred from PantherZone to your Handshake account. Resumes and cover letters, saved searches and jobs were not able to be transferred. After August 31, 2015, you will not be able to access PantherZone.
A demo video will be available within Handshake. Just log in through your eCampus account, or through adelphi.joinhandshake.com to learn more. If you need help, of course, you’re always welcome to contact the Center for Career and Professional Development.
